[He hadn't necessarily expected that exchange with one of the single stickers but Ion doesn't hesitate to reach out to take the sticker. It's stuck to his index finger for a moment while he reaches to take up the letter he had received from Tyr earlier. The yellow star is stuck to the letter. That all felt simple enough.]
I don't feel as if I'm different from before.
[Not even having some left behind sticky stuff on his finger.
But this is enough of a cue for Ion to start working a star off his own sheet. The green star is removed before extended out to Tyr with the same finger he had used to take the yellow one.]
[ While he doesn't feel relieved right away, he's glad that Ion isn't suddenly changed. That's all that really matters at the moment.
He doesn't say a word until he takes the other star from Ion and, after a second's hesitation, sticks it to the back of his phone.
There's definitely no change. No new feelings of hate, protectiveness, or anything. Not even a slight itch on his finger. Nothing. ]

The instant someone received a flower before, their feelings changed, and it was pretty obvious... If these do have any affects on us, hopefully they're limited to just emotional changes again.

On the boat, many of us simply obeyed what was written inside the log. The outcome wasn't horrid, however, and we were even made aware of the storm before hand. [Though it's likely the Lessor is the cause behind the storm.] It was taken naturally and no one was choosing to question it.
[Many chosen to listen to what the Lessor writes, after all.]
At home, many people are dependent on a prophecy that was written out long in the past. With fulfilling the prophecy, a happy future is promised.
[ When Ion puts it like that, following what the book said feels a little more sinister. While it was ultimately harmless, the fact they all went with it is rather telling. ]
So it's almost exactly the same... The log wasn't exactly a prophecy, but we were all following it just because we hoped it would be good for us in the end.

[Yes, out they go! Ion will make sure that Tyr takes a bit of the lead. He has yet to actually been inside the colosseum so he's looking forward to that. But the route to at least get to it is something he remembers fairly enough with being out a little more as of lately. And it's not something that is easy to miss, either.]
[ Tyr doesn't mind a comfortable silence between them as they walk, and when they arrive at the Colosseum, Tyr casually skips out on the more direct-seeming route to take the more unassuming side entrance through instead. It'll be a peaceful walk. ]
